         Paula Klee Parish is a Certified Business and Industry Instructor for “The Training Source, and Continuing Occupational Educator for Western Suffolk Board of Cooperative Educational Services; (BOCES). She is also the President and CEO of Performance Solutions, Inc. (PSI), with more than 30 years experience in helping companies to increase productivity through leadership and building team spirit. Paula is noted for her transformational teaching skills, dynamic seminars, writing customized training curriculum, and her many published articles. She is a Keynote Speaker and Presenter for numerous organizations and universities, and a Career Transition Mentor, and a Personal Growth Coach.

         Paula has taught educational programs at SUNY Stony Brook’s “College of Engineering and Applied Science,” the “School of Professional Development,” and the “College of Business,” Adelphi University’s MBA Program, “Long Island University,” Business Program and “American Society for Quality”- Seifer Quality Institute; (ASQ). Paula is also a member of the Education Committee of the Hauppauge Industrial Association; (HIA), a member of the Small Business Council of the Long Island Association; (LIA), and a member of several school advisory boards.

         In the corporate world, Paula has held various support through executive level positions, namely Director of Service/Quality, and Vice President of Operations for small to multi-billion dollar corporations in the fields of Banking, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Service on Long Island. Paula formally transitioned into the field of training in 1994, and in 1996 founded Performance Solutions, Inc.

         Paula’s book represents her life’s work helping people to discover and achieve their true potential. Ms. Parish’s work reflects her extensive national and international travels and studies in the behavioral sciences.

         Paula resides on Long Island with her husband, Tom, and near their four children and six grandchildren.
